Responsible Competitiveness (RC)

Countries, sectors and companies are embedding responsible business practices to drive competitiveness. The Responsible Competitiveness (RC) programme engages these actors to develop strategies that meet societies’ broader social and environmental aims while enhancing their productivity. RC diagram

Responsible Competitiveness is the leadership, policies and practices that build sustainable development.It requires tangible increases in their productivity by adopting responsible strategies; for decision-makers to work with broader stakeholders to mitigate downside social and environmental risk, and to identify ways to convert these challenges into profitable opportunities. Since 2002, we have been a pioneer in this field, working with partners to understand how responsibility is driving value creation through our global, regional/country and sector-based programmes.
